This Token Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of tokens (credits) within the Forward Flow, LLC ("Forward Flow", "we", "us", "our") platform. By subscribing to any Forward Flow plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
Tokens are usage-based credits consumed when Forward Flow's AI assistant engages with leads on your behalf. Each interaction with a lead, whether for new lead nurturing or cold lead reactivation, consumes a specific number of tokens based on the type of engagement.
Token costs are determined by the type of lead engagement. Rates vary based on the engagement type and are displayed within your account dashboard and during onboarding.
New Lead Engagement: Tokens are consumed at the applicable per-lead rate when new leads entering your pipeline are engaged by the Forward Flow AI assistant.
Cold Lead Reactivation: Tokens are consumed at the applicable per-lead rate when previously inactive leads are re-engaged by the Forward Flow AI assistant.
Current token rates are available in your account settings. Token pricing is subject to change. Any changes to token pricing will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.
Tokens are consumed based on the volume of leads processed within your configured campaigns. Your monthly token budget is determined by the number of new leads and reactivation leads you configure during onboarding or in your campaign settings.
Token consumption occurs when the AI assistant initiates contact with a lead through any configured communication channel, including but not limited to SMS, voice calls, and email.
Your subscription includes a configurable monthly token budget based on:
Your total monthly token cost is calculated based on your configured lead volumes at the applicable per-lead rates, plus your base subscription fee. A detailed cost breakdown is available during onboarding and in your account settings.
You may adjust your lead volumes at any time through the platform settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Token usage is billed monthly as part of your subscription. Your invoice will include a breakdown of token consumption by lead type. All charges are processed through the payment method on file.
If your actual lead engagement exceeds your configured monthly budget, Forward Flow will continue processing leads up to a reasonable overage threshold. You will be notified when your usage approaches or exceeds your configured budget. Overage charges will be billed at the standard per-lead token rates.
Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Token charges are non-refundable once a lead has been engaged. If a lead engagement fails due to a system error on Forward Flow's side, the tokens consumed for that engagement will be credited back to your account.
Forward Flow reserves the right to suspend or limit token usage if we detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: uploading fraudulent or invalid lead data, using the platform to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws, or attempting to manipulate token consumption metrics.
Forward Flow reserves the right to modify this Token Usage Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
